BUILT TO CHANGE THE WAY PROPERTIES ARE CLEANED

OUR STORY

A BETTER WAY TO CARE FOR PROPERTIES

DRYCO was founded around a simple question: Why should exterior cleaning continue to rely on the same traditional methods when technology can provide a better approach?

For decades, cleaning roofs, façades, windows, and elevated exterior surfaces has often required workers to climb ladders, walk directly on roofing systems, use scaffolding, lifts, or rope-access equipment. While these methods have served the industry for years, we saw an opportunity to rethink how exterior cleaning could be performed.

That idea became DRYCO.

By combining professional exterior cleaning expertise with advanced drone technology, DRYCO is developing a modern approach designed to reach difficult areas while reducing unnecessary physical access to roofs and elevated surfaces.

We didn't create DRYCO simply to clean properties.

We created DRYCO to help move the exterior cleaning industry forward.

OUR MISSION

SMARTER CLEANING. PROFESSIONAL EXECUTION. PROPERTY-FIRST THINKING.

Our mission is to provide professional aerial cleaning solutions that combine technology, precision, responsible operations, and exceptional service.

Every property is different. Our approach is built around evaluating the surface, access requirements, cleaning objectives, and property conditions before determining the appropriate cleaning method.

From residential roofs and solar panels to commercial buildings, HOA communities, façades, windows, and industrial properties, our goal is to provide a modern exterior maintenance solution that puts the property first.

OUR VISION

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF EXTERIOR CLEANING

Our vision extends beyond operating drones.

We are building DRYCO to become a recognized professional aerial cleaning platform capable of serving homeowners, businesses, property managers, communities, and large property portfolios across multiple markets.

As aerial technology continues to evolve, we believe it will transform how properties are inspected, maintained, and cleaned.

DRYCO intends to be part of that transformation—combining advanced equipment with standardized operations, trained professionals, consistent service, and a strong commitment to property care.

Our vision is simple: make professional aerial cleaning a new standard in exterior property maintenance.

THE DRYCO PHILOSOPHY

TECHNOLOGY SHOULD SOLVE PROBLEMS — NOT CREATE NEW ONES.

We believe innovation has value when it makes a service more practical, more precise, and less intrusive.

That philosophy guides the way we approach every project.

Less unnecessary roof traffic. Less dependence on traditional access equipment. Greater access to difficult surfaces. Professional aerial operations. Consistent service standards.

This is more than a new piece of equipment.

It's a different way of thinking about exterior cleaning.

OUR COMMITMENT

PROFESSIONAL FROM THE GROUND UP

DRYCO is being built around professionalism at every level—from the technology we operate and the way projects are planned to how customers are treated before, during, and after service.

Our aerial operations are performed by qualified drone professionals in accordance with applicable FAA requirements, while our cleaning approach focuses on appropriate methods for each property and surface.

As DRYCO grows, one principle will remain unchanged:

Protect the property. Respect the customer. Execute professionally. Keep innovating.
